How do you have a bigger and better life? This question goes through everyone’s mind at some point in their lives. But what can you do to achieve this?
Here’s what I think.
You have to show some RISK!! Yes, the 4-letter word that most people don’t like. Most people want a bigger and better life. You absolutely have to take some risk in order to get out of the current situation you are in! What do most people think about risk?
They think that risk will lead to failure because of fear. Successful people that have the life they want to live, know that risk is just a bridge over fear and failure, but has to be crossed to get somewhere where they have never been! Make sense? (No it makes dollars!, ha ha)

But the ones that are afraid of risk, tend to play it safe, right? Well, what is risk? Is it a bad 4 letter word? Or is it something that has to be done to obtain change? Most people that “wish” to have a bigger and better life, tend not to risk anything.
What happens when you don’t take risk? Most people will say they are” playing it safe”. If you are not showing some sort or risk in your life, you’re not “playing it safe”, you’re STAYING STUCK! You won’t go anywhere! You’ll stay on your little island and never “move”.
This is one way the rich get richer. They understand that there is no reward without risk. Some risk it all! Yes, some may lose and fail at times. But guess what, these people learn from the failed risks they take, learn from them, and make sure they don’t make that same mistake.
It’s a mistake not to show some risk! If people want a bigger and better life and they are passionate about it, they see their vision so crystal clear, they will achieve that bigger and better life for themselves and their families.
So is risk a bad 4 letter word anymore? It never was. Most people don’t understand that risk is paramount for changes to happen in our lives. You have to make changes in yourself if you want to make changes in your life and risk has to be present in some way for that to happen!
I appreciate the opportunity to serve you,
Greg Schmidt
