Healthy Diet
The low fat diet to reduce tummy fat should consist of such foods which are high in vitamins, minerals and proteins, and low in sugar, fats and carbohydrates. Eat lots of vegetables especially green vegetables and fruits to lose belly fat. Choose high fiber fruits like raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, watermelon, apples, kiwifruit and grapefruit. An excess of fiber in the diet stimulates digestion and thus reduces overall body fat including the belly fat. Cucumbers and raw tomatoes are especially beneficial for reducing tummy fat as they are negative calorie foods i.e. in order to consume them, the body has to burn a lot of calories, even more calories than these foods actually contain.
